We use both traditional structural and gentle cranial osteopathic techniques, especially useful in treating babies and children.

Appointments are made directly with the osteopaths and therefore we are able to offer limited advice prior to coming for your appointment.

What happens in a consultation?

We hope to make you feel at ease & keep you informed, so here is an idea of what will happen when you come for treatment.

A full case study about your past & current medical conditions will be taken as well as details of your problem.
You may be asked to undress to your underwear so your posture & movements can be observed and relevant tests performed.
The mobility and muscle tone of relevant areas will be palpated, and our findings, appropriate treatment & management will be discussed with you.
Advice on posture, ergonomics, exercise & self-help remedies may also be given to help prevent further problems and maintain your improvements.
We allow up to 30 minutes for each consultation, with payment due after each session.
Please note: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid you being charged.
