What happens in a consultation?

We hope to make you feel at ease & keep you informed, so here is an idea of what will happen when you come for treatment.

A full case study about your past & current medical conditions will be taken as well as details of your problem. Usually you will be asked to undress to your underwear so your posture & movements can be observed & any relevant tests performed. The mobility & muscle tone of the relevant areas will be palpated & our findings, appropriate treatment & management will be discussed with you. Advice on posture, ergonomics, exercise & self help remedies may also be given to help prevent further problems & maintain your improvements.

We allow up to 30 minutes for each consultation, with payment due after each consultation.

Please note we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid you being charged.
